Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own and manage Versus Trade’s digital marketing efforts through external marketing agencies. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing digital acquisition strategy through external sub-contractors across multiple channels and markets, with a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and measurable business results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in digital marketing (media buying / performance marketing)
  • Hands-on experience with media/video ads (Facebook, TikTok; YouTube)
  • Understanding of funnels, creatives lifecycle, KPIs: FTD, ROAS, KYC, CPR
  • Experience managing $10k+/month budgets
  • Ability to coordinate multiple agencies and channels
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • English: B1–B2+ (written daily, spoken occasionally)
     
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience working with agencies (large budgets, external partners)
     

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate external marketing agencies across channels
  • Define KPIs, briefs, budgets, and performance benchmarks
  • Monitor agency performance and optimize strategies
  • Scale successful channels and stop underperforming initiatives
  • Ensure alignment between marketing, brand, and compliance requirements
  • Report on performance and growth results to internal stakeholders
     

Nice to have

  • Experience working with APAC markets
  • Experience in high-risk or regulated industries
  • Understanding of SEO and affiliate marketing
