AI Agents and Automation Specialist

Somma is looking for an AI Automation & Marketing Systems Specialist to help streamline agency operations, marketing workflows, lead generation systems, and internal processes. This role is ideal for someone who can build practical, efficient systems that support a fast-moving marketing agency and improve how we manage leads, client workflows, communication, and delivery.

You will be responsible for implementing and optimising systems across Notion, Claude, n8n, CRM pipelines, email marketing platforms, and other automation tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and create better internal structure. This may include lead capture and follow-up automations, outreach workflows, pipeline management, email marketing setup, internal process automation, task management improvements, reporting workflows, and AI-supported systems for research, content support, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and optimise systems across Notion, Claude, n8n, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools
• Build and improve lead generation, outreach, and pipeline workflows
• Automate lead capture, follow-up, client onboarding, task management, and reporting processes
• Create AI-supported workflows for research, documentation, and operational efficiency
• Connect tools through APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms

• Document workflows and support the development of scalable internal systems
