Senior Media Buyer (Facebook / Gambling)

About the Company:
 

We are an international iGaming startup operating in Tier-1 markets (DE, AU) with large advertising budgets. As part of expanding our performance marketing department, we are looking for a Senior Media Buyer who will be responsible for efficient traffic acquisition, consistent growth of key performance metrics, and the systematic development of the company’s advertising channels.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads (Gambling / iGaming);
  • Work with Tier-1 GEOs (DE, AU);
  • Search for, test, and scale effective combinations (creatives, offers, landing pages, funnels);
  • Optimize advertising campaigns based on ROI, CPA, and LTV metrics;
  • Analyze performance, work with analytics tools, pixels, events, and attribution systems;
  • Develop hypotheses and run A/B tests;
  • Collaborate with the creative and product teams;
  • Monitor profitability and scale successful strategies.
     

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Media Buyer (mandatory in Gambling / iGaming);
  • Proven experience working with Tier-1 GEOs (DE, AU, etc.);
  • Strong expertise in Facebook Ads and campaign scaling strategies;
  • Solid analytical skills and experience working with key metrics (ROI, CPA, LTV, CR);
  • Understanding of funnels, offers, creatives, and hypothesis testing approaches;
  • English level B2 or higher;
  • Self-driven, responsible for results, and performance-oriented.
