About the Company:
We are an international iGaming startup operating in Tier-1 markets (DE, AU) with large advertising budgets. As part of expanding our performance marketing department, we are looking for a Senior Media Buyer who will be responsible for efficient traffic acquisition, consistent growth of key performance metrics, and the systematic development of the company’s advertising channels.
Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads (Gambling / iGaming);
- Work with Tier-1 GEOs (DE, AU);
- Search for, test, and scale effective combinations (creatives, offers, landing pages, funnels);
- Optimize advertising campaigns based on ROI, CPA, and LTV metrics;
- Analyze performance, work with analytics tools, pixels, events, and attribution systems;
- Develop hypotheses and run A/B tests;
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams;
- Monitor profitability and scale successful strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Media Buyer (mandatory in Gambling / iGaming);
- Proven experience working with Tier-1 GEOs (DE, AU, etc.);
- Strong expertise in Facebook Ads and campaign scaling strategies;
- Solid analytical skills and experience working with key metrics (ROI, CPA, LTV, CR);
- Understanding of funnels, offers, creatives, and hypothesis testing approaches;
- English level B2 or higher;
- Self-driven, responsible for results, and performance-oriented.
