Video Content Creator (Coupler.io)

Project description

We’re looking for a Video Content Creator to turn complex product functionality into clear, structured tutorials and marketing videos.

You’ll focus primarily on creating video tutorials that explain how Coupler.io works and manage the video production process from script to final delivery. Beyond tutorials, you’ll lead the creation of short marketing videos and will work closely with marketing and product teams

WHAT IS YOUT IMPACT? 💡

You’ll create content that helps people understand how Coupler.io works before they ever need support. Your scripts and screencasts, packaged into clear and practical video tutorials, will show real workflows in Coupler.io and make complex features easy to understand and follow. You’ll also help produce short marketing videos for the website and paid campaigns to turn key messages into concise videos that clearly communicate the value of the product. Required skills

🔹 Solid understanding of video production processes across all stages
🔹 Ability to manage the video production workflow
🔹 Hands-on experience with video tutorials/screencasts
🔹 Experience in short marketing video content creation
🔹 Strong research skills
🔹 Basic experience with video editing tools
🔹 Fluent English (written and spoken)
🔹 Experience collaborating with external vendors to manage content production
🔹 Proactive attitude
🔹 Strong communication and organizational skills
🔹 Ability to independently learn and navigate software products
🔹 Experience working in Figma or similar design tools

As a plus

🔹Hands-on familiarity with data analytics tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI)
🔹Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and using data insights to optimize content

Responsibilities

🔸 Record high-quality screencasts that show how Coupler.io works through real features, flows, and use cases.
🔸 Set up imports, automations, and scenarios independently to demonstrate real-life workflows on screen.
🔸 Write detailed scripts and storyboards that define the narrative, structure, and every on-screen step.
🔸 Manage the video production backlog from initial idea to final delivery, keeping work organized and moving.
🔸 Deliver short marketing videos for the website or paid campaigns, based on materials and messaging provided by the team.
🔸 Work closely with marketers and product managers to align on video goals, scope, and requirements.
🔸 Prepare clear production packages for editors, motion designers, and voiceover artists so everyone knows what to do.
🔸 Check freelancer deliverables, give actionable feedback, request revisions, and ensure quality at every stage.
🔸 Make sure every video is correct, well-structured, and aligned with Coupler.io’s brand and product reality.
🔸 Contribute to social media content planning, identifying opportunities where video can improve distribution, engagement, and content reach.
