Team lead Influence marketing (iGaming)

We are strengthening our Influence Marketing division and looking for a Team Lead to develop traffic acquisition through influencers: streamers, bloggers, public pages, and other platforms.

In this role, you will manage the direction (or a specific GEO), build partnerships with influencers, and scale effective traffic sources in international markets.
 

Responsibilities:

• Increase brand awareness in key GEOs
• Build and lead a team of media buyers, set tasks, and monitor results
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for influencer campaigns
• Plan and manage budgets for traffic acquisition
• Identify, test, and scale new traffic sources and hypotheses
• Deeply understand local markets and audience behavior
• Monitor market trends, dynamics, and audience behavior across GEOs
• Initiate and implement new ideas for product growth
   

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience as a Team Lead in iGaming
• Full-cycle experience in influence marketing (strategy, influencer sourcing and acquisition, campaign performance analysis)
• Experience managing a team of 5+ people and task delegation
• Strong skills in analytics, performance metrics, and media planning
• Understanding of iGaming / Gambling industry specifics and trends
• Deep expertise in the CIS market and experience with international markets (LATAM / Canada / Europe)
• Strategic and analytical thinking, strong communication and time management skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
