Technical(Affiliate) Specialist

Stay Group is an innovative marketing company on a mission to help businesses acquire their target customers and create effective solutions in the iGaming and entertainment industries. We develop tools that allow our partners to scale their products, optimize processes, and improve performance.

We are currently looking for a Technical Specialist to support the team in managing technical integrations, postback setups, CRM operations, and automation of internal processes.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Close work with Affilka by SoftSwiss:
• Set and assign commisions, integrate postbacks, set Landing Pages and provide tracking links to the team/Partners
• To be present  by request at chats with Partners and assist with integration process, doing the s2s tests, and setting the deals
• Research and Analyze API doc and implement the solution in providing tg_bot that will automatically do inegration and giving the deal details
• Сlose work with CRM system Nethunt: change cards' status etc.
• Assist the team in terms of technical questions/support
   

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar position (Affiliate Manager Assistant / Technical Support /
• Integrations Manager / iGaming operations). Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing will be a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking systems, postbacks and conversion tracking.
• Experience working with Affilka (SoftSwiss) or other affiliate platforms will be a big plus.
• Experience with S2S postbacks, testing conversions and troubleshooting tracking issues.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with NetHunt will be an advantage).
• Understanding of affiliate deals, commissions, CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
• Ability to communicate with partners during technical integrations and setup processes.
• Basic technical skills: ability to work with URLs, parameters, tracking links, tokens, macros.
• Experience with Telegram bots or automation tools will be a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to independently find solutions.
