Senior SMM Manager

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications and regulatory technologies. 

We are looking for a Senior SMM Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in SMM (IT, Marketing preferably);
- Strong copywriting skills in English (B2+);
- Proficiency in working with SMM analytical tools;
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail;
- Strong visual awareness, knowledge of current trends and tools in social media, and the ability to easily navigate and track content trends;
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in a team;
- Deep understanding of audience behavior and engagement mechanics;
- Ability to develop strategies and independently manage projects.

Will be plus:

- Experience in mobile shooting and creating native content (stories, reels, TikTok).
- Experience in launching advertising campaigns on social media.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a social media content plan aligned with the SMM strategy and overall marketing goals;

- Create and manage content, including expert-level texts that highlight product and industry knowledge;

- Adapt content to suit the specifics of each platform and target audience;

- Track and analyze SMM metrics, competitor data, and ad campaign effectiveness to optimize performance;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, PR, marketing) to create cohesive content;

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SMM trends, news, and best practices, particularly those relevant to the iGaming industry;

- Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations that showcase achieved KPIs.
