Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with a strong background in iGaming to join a growing casino affiliate network. In this role, you will manage and expand affiliate partnerships, negotiate CPA/RevShare/Hybrid deals, and optimize campaign performance to drive revenue growth.

You will work closely with affiliates, monitor key performance metrics such as FTDs, CR, EPC, ROI, and traffic quality, and identify opportunities to scale profitable traffic sources including SEO, Social, Email, Native, and Push.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong personality, a results-oriented mindset, and a genuine hunger to succeed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming
• Experience working with brand or affiliate network CPA models
• Strong understanding of affiliate traffic sources
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent English
