User Acquisition Manager (Meta + Google) to $5000
We’re helping our partner — a product company building AI-powered, subscription-based mobile and web apps in the photo/video editing space — hire a User Acquisition Manager (Meta + Google).
The product operates in a direct-to-consumer model and is actively scaling through paid channels, with a strong focus on creative testing, fast experimentation, and unit economics (LTV/CAC, payback).
They’re looking for a senior specialist who can step in, audit the current setup, identify growth opportunities, and build a scalable testing system across campaigns, creatives, and audiences.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth and the creative team to drive and scale performance.
What You’ll Do
Campaign Ownership
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google
- Work with budgets exceeding $500k+ monthly spend
- Audit and restructure existing campaign setups
- Improve CPA / ROAS efficiency
- Identify new growth opportunities within existing channels
Testing & Experimentation
- Build and maintain a scalable creative and audience testing framework
- Launch and iterate experiments on a weekly basis
- Increase creative testing velocity and iteration speed
- Work closely with the creative team to develop new concepts
Performance Analysis
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance daily
- Analyze trends and identify performance drivers
- Build clear reporting and decision cadence
- Focus on real acquisition metrics rather than vanity metrics
Your core focus will be execution, experimentation, and performance optimization.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of hands-on paid media experience
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience managing $500k+ monthly budgets
- Background in direct-response campaigns
- Experience working with mobile attribution tools (Appsflyer or other MMP)
- Understanding of full-funnel conversion math
- Experience working with subscription-based digital products
- Strong knowledge of creative testing frameworks
- Ability to analyze data quickly and iterate campaigns
Strong English communication skills
