We’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in high-volume hiring and is excited to move fast, take ownership, and grow together with the team.
 

Your future responsibilities include:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process with a focus on high-volume hiring for Customer Support roles.
  • Hire for mid-level support positions (Quality Control Specialists, Team Leads, multilingual agents).
  • Occasionally support hiring for entry-level roles in core teams.
  • Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates’ communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Partner with hiring managers and Operations to align on hiring needs and timelines.
  • Contribute to team OKRs and improve hiring efficiency using a data-driven approach.
  • Support vacancy promotion and employer branding initiatives with the marketing team.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Use ATS and recruitment tools to manage and streamline hiring workflows.
     

Needed experience & skills:

  • 1+ year of recruitment experience in an IT company or recruitment agency.
  • Experience hiring for non-technical roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and different candidate search channels.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
     

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience conducting recruitment or market research.
  • Experience improving or optimizing recruitment processes.
  • Experience with high-volume (mass) hiring.
