We’re looking for an experienced Content Creator who can own our day-to-day LinkedIn content and help us turn raw ideas into high-performing short-form videos—end to end: idea → script → edit → publish-ready.
 

What you’ll do (main tasks)

  • Manage LinkedIn text posts
    • Plan and publish consistent LinkedIn content (founder/company voice)
    • Write sharp posts: hooks, storytelling, value, clear CTAs
    • Repurpose insights from product, team, customer calls, and news into posts
    • Maintain a simple content calendar and iterate based on performance
  • Discover ideas for videos
    • Generate weekly batches of video ideas aligned with our positioning and audience
    • Spot trends, angles, and formats that fit LinkedIn (and optionally Reels/TikTok)
    • Turn complex topics into simple, attention-grabbing concepts
  • Create video scenarios (scripts)
    • Write short, structured scripts: hook → key points → example → CTA
    • Define shot list, b-roll suggestions, on-screen text, and pacing
    • Prepare “recording-ready” briefs for founders/team to film quickly
  • Cut and edit videos
    • Edit short-form videos with strong pacing and clean visuals
    • Add subtitles, cuts, zooms, on-screen text, basic motion, and sound polish
    • Export platform-ready versions (LinkedIn-first; other formats a plus)
       

What success looks like (first 30–60 days)

  • Consistent posting cadence on LinkedIn with a clear voice and themes
  • A repeatable system for weekly ideas + scripts + edited videos
  • Noticeable improvement in: impressions, saves, comments, inbound DMs/leads (depending on goal)
     

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating content for LinkedIn (personal brand or company pages)
  • Strong copywriting + storytelling skills (hooks, clarity, structure)
  • Practical video editing ability (CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut / DaVinci - any is fine)
  • Ability to turn messy inputs into polished content without heavy supervision
  • Solid English writing (other languages are a plus)
     

Bonus points

  • Experience in B2B / SaaS / tech / fintech content
  • Understanding of content analytics (what worked and why)
  • Basic design skills (thumbnails, simple visuals, post formatting)
