Social Media Assistant (TikTok / Instagram / Pinterest / YouTube Shorts)

We are looking for a Student Social Media Assistant to help manage and grow our short-form content across several social media platforms.

You will work with:

• TikTok
• Instagram
• Pinterest
• YouTube (YouTube Shorts)

Responsibilities

• Post and schedule short-form content
• Research trends and viral formats
• Analyze content performance (views, engagement, reach)
• Suggest ideas for new videos and posts
• Optimize captions, hashtags, and posting times
• Maintain a simple content calendar

Requirements

• Active user of TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts
• Basic understanding of short-form content trends
• Good English communication skills
• Organized and proactive
• Candidate must be currently based in the UK, Belgium, or France

Nice to Have

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, etc.)
• Interest in digital marketing and content creation
• Experience managing social media accounts
