Order Entry Manager (German)

We’re currently expanding our team for one of our partners, and looking for an Order Entry Manager (Junior+ level) to join our international customer care team.
If you enjoy handling customer requests via email, are detail-oriented, and can maintain focus under high-volume work — this role is for you!
Required experience and skills:
- 6+ months of experience in Customer Support;
- Fluent written German (email only, no voice) — strong grammar, natural phrasing, professional email tone;
- Critical thinking and ability to logically analyze cases;
- Strong attention to detail; ability to follow instructions precisely;
- Ability to structure written communication clearly and concisely;
- Ability to ask clarifying questions instead of making assumptions;
- Familiarity with email management tools (Dixa preferred).
Your future responsibilities:
- Process ~15,000 emails per year (~1,250/month, up to 60/day);
- Handle email orders via Dixa;
- Maintain a 24-hour response time; target Average Handling Time (AHT) 4–6 minutes (6–8 minutes allowed during onboarding);
- Ensure high-quality standards in every interaction;
- Report KPIs to the Sales team at Contorion;
- Share feedback and improvement ideas for processes.
Work schedule and conditions:
- Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 CET (1-hour lunch break);
- After probation: flexible start/end times if KPIs are met;
- No time tracker;
