Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Create content for e-mail, SMS, Push, Viber, WhatsApp;
• Write texts for promotions, tournaments, bonus programs;
• Work with lendings - description of bonuses, terms and conditions, new games;
• Prepare scripts and texts for gamification (missions, Challenges, wheels of fortune);
• Develop content strategy to engage and retain players;
• Analyze competitors and content trends in iGaming and betting;
• Work in conjunction with CRM-marketers, designers and SMM-department;
• Writing texts in Russian and Kazakh languages.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a content manager (preferably in gambling, betting, iGaming);
• Knowledge of the peculiarities of content for casinos and sports betting;
• Ability to write sales texts (headlines, offerers, promo descriptions);
• Experience with CMS - content creation and updating;
• Basic skills in Figma;
• Ability to write content for different channels (lendings, e-mail, Telegram, push and other).
