SMM Manager (Instagram / TikTok) — E-commerce Brand
About the role
Lux Glass Hub is a lifestyle e-commerce brand growing in the US and European markets.
We’re looking for an SMM Manager who will take ownership of our social media and turn content into a real growth and sales channel for the brand.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the brand’s SMM strategy
• Create content plans and scripts for Instagram and TikTok
• Build and optimize content funnels
• Generate viral content ideas
• Work with bloggers and influencers
• Scale UGC (user-generated content)
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content
• Launch campaigns together with the performance marketing team
• Build and grow the brand community
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in SMM
• Strong hands-on experience with Instagram and TikTok
• Understanding of content funnels and social media growth
• Experience working with brands
• Experience creating engaging or viral content
• Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset
• Portfolio or real cases to share
• English level B2 or higher
Nice to have
• Experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands
• Experience launching viral video content
• Experience working with bloggers and influencers
