HR Director Offline
Our partners is looking for an experienced HR Director.
You will lead the full HR strategy, drive organizational transformation, and build scalable people processes aligned with business growth.
Requirements:
β 5+ years of experience in HR, including at least 2+ years in the role of HRD / Head of HR / Senior HRBP;
β Proven experience in HR transformation within a company of 80+ employees;
β Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning aligned with business goals;
β Deep understanding of the full Employee Life Cycle and building systemic HR processes;
β Experience in leading the recruitment function and building an effective Talent Acquisition strategy;
β Experience implementing HR analytics and working with HR metrics (turnover, eNPS, engagement rate, cost per hire, performance index, etc.);
β Experience in HR budgeting and managing HR resources;
β Product and business mindset: understanding the impact of HR decisions on P&L, revenue growth, and operational efficiency;
β Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with C-level executives;
β English level: Upper-Intermediate / Advanced.
Responsibilities:
β Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the companyβs business goals;
β Scale and transform all HR processes at the company level;
β Design and implement Compensation & Benefits systems;
β Improve the Performance Management system and conduct Talent Reviews;
β Manage the HR budget and optimize HR-related costs;
β Build a strong leadership culture and drive leadership development;
β Partner with C-level on organizational structure, headcount planning, and resource optimization;
β Lead and develop the HR team;
β Initiate and deliver transformational HR projects.
Would be a plus:
β Experience scaling an international company;
β International certifications (SHRM, CIPD);
β Experience in a product or tech company.
