Retention CRM Manager (Lead level) - Gambling, Tier 1-2
We are an international iGaming holding, actively growing and launching new online casino projects for Tier 1–2 markets.
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Retention CRM Manager (Lead level) to take ownership of player lifecycle management and CRM communications.
In this role, you will develop retention strategies, design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-game messages), and implement personalization and automation that maximize player LTV, reduce churn, and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies tailored for online casino players
• Segment the player base by key parameters (LTV, deposit frequency, activity, geo, etc.)
• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-game messages, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
• Monitor, analyze, and improve retention funnels and player engagement metrics
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams to create personalized offers and promotions
• Track and optimize KPIs such as Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, Churn Rate, ARPPU, LTV
• Run A/B tests and implement data-driven improvements
• Lead and coordinate CRM initiatives within the retention team
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as Retention Manager / CRM Manager in iGaming (Lead / Team Lead level)
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Optimove, Smartico, Salesforce, Ometria, Emarsys or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Expertise in customer segmentation and user journey development
• Deep understanding of retention and monetization metrics in iGaming
• English (B2+) required
• Experience using Solitics is a plus
