Head of Retention CRM Manager (IGaming, Tier 1-2)

     We are an international iGaming holding company, rapidly expanding and launching a new online casino project in the Tier 1 and 2 markets.

     We are seeking a creative, data-driven Head of Retention CRM Manager. You will develop retention strategies, design and implement multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-game messages), and implement personalization and automation that maximize player LTV, reduce churn, and increase revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM and retention strategies tailored to online casino players.
  • Segment the player base by key parameters (LTV, deposit frequency, activity, geographic location, etc.).
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-game messages, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.). Monitor, analyze, and improve retention funnels and player engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product development teams to create personalized offers and promotions.
  • Track and optimize KPIs such as retention rate, reactivation rate, churn rate, ARPPU, and LTV.
    Conduct A/B tests and implement data-driven improvements.
     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Head of Retention Manager / CRM Manager in iGaming (Team Lead)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Optimove, Smartico, Salesforce, Ometria, Emarsys, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Expertise in customer segmentation and user scenario development
  • A deep understanding of retention and monetization metrics in iGaming
  • English (B2+) required
  • Experience using Solitics is a plus
