Automation AI Bots Specialist (UChat + Zoho)

Important Requirement: Applications without at least 2 years of hands-on experience with BOTH UChat and Zoho CRM will not be considered.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automation & AI Bots Specialist to design, build, and manage intelligent automation workflows and AI-powered chatbots that improve operational efficiency and support multiple client projects.

This role focuses on building NLP-based conversational bots, integrating them with Zoho CRM, and creating scalable automation workflows using platforms such as UChat, Zapier, or Make.

This is a part-time role (~20 hours per week) with the potential to expand into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-powered chatbots using UChat
• Build automation workflows using Zapier, Make, or similar tools
• Integrate chatbots with Zoho CRM and other business systems
• Configure and maintain API integrations, webhooks, and multi-system connections
• Develop NLP-based conversational flows for customer interaction
• Implement chatbot solutions for multiple client projects
• Optimize chatbot performance through testing and iteration
• Create clear documentation for automation workflows and chatbot logic
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
   

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with UChat
• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing Zoho CRM
• 1–2+ years of experience in automation workflows, chatbot development, or system integrations
• Proven experience building AI-powered chatbots using NLP technologies
• Experience deploying chatbot solutions for multiple client projects
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON structure
• Experience designing automation workflows and business process automation
• Proficiency in prompt engineering for AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Experience building GPT-powered chatbots or conversational agents
• Ability to design process flows, conditional logic, and automation scenarios
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Good English communication skills
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Experience integrating WhatsApp, web chat, or Telegram bots
• Experience with conversational UX design
• Experience conducting A/B testing for chatbot responses
• Familiarity with logging, error tracking, and workflow monitoring tools
• Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript or Python
• Experience with Voice AI or automated call systems
