1C Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical 1C Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy within the 1C system, optimizing accounting and operational processes, and supporting system improvements to enhance overall business efficiency.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Enter, verify, and update data in the 1C database
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of primary documentation in the system
• Automate accounting, warehouse, and management processes
• Analyze company business processes and prepare technical specifications for optimization
• Configure directories, documents, registers, and reports in 1C
• Test system enhancements and implement new functional solutions
• Prepare analytical reports for management
• Provide consultation support to employees on system usage
• Collaborate with developers and external contractors regarding system improvements

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• At least 1 year of experience working with 1C-based products
• Understanding of accounting and management accounting principles
• Experience handling and processing large volumes of data
• Skills in analyzing and documenting business processes
• Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and high level of responsibility
• Ability to work efficiently with large amounts of information
