CEO (AdTech / iGaming / Influencer Marketing / AI)

Requirements

 

  • C-level experience (CEO / CCO / CPO / COO) in iGaming, AdTech, or Influencer Marketing for 3+ years;
  • Proven track record of building sales and monetization systems from scratch or leading their transformation;
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming / Betting market: formats, budgets, and procurement logic;
  • Experience working with B2B clients and managing high-value contracts;
  • Ability to think in terms of economics and scaling, rather than just individual deals;
  • Hands-on approach: willingness to be operationally involved and execute tasks personally;
  • Nice to have:
  • Established network of contacts within the iGaming / Betting / Influencer / Agency ecosystem;
  • Understanding of the streaming ecosystem (OBS, Twitch, YouTube, Kick);
  • Experience in transforming a SaaS model into an Agency model;
  • English — Advanced (C1/C2), Russian — Fluent.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy as an influencer marketing agency with an AI-driven product;
  • Full ownership of revenue, profitability, unit economics, and overall business growth;
  • Define priority markets, verticals, and GEOs (key focus: iGaming / betting);
  • Make key executive decisions: product strategy, sales strategy, organizational structure, and hiring;
  • Oversee product development (AI, ad formats, analytics, tools) based on market needs, client demand, and business economics — not solely internal tech roadmaps;
  • Build a scalable sales system: B2B clients, pricing strategy, KPIs, and sales team management;
  • Test, implement, and optimize monetization models;
  • Personally participate in closing key deals and developing relationships with key accounts;
  • Establish a predictable revenue stream;
  • Set up end-to-end processes: from lead → transaction → service delivery → analytics → retention;
  • Collaborate with the tech team to package technology into a high-demand, marketable product;
  • Build and manage teams: sales, account management, and operations;
  • Implement commercial and financial analytics systems;
  • Control unit economics across clients, formats, and monetization models;
  • Manage P&L, forecasting, and margin control;
  • Work with CRM, pipeline, KPIs, and plan vs. actual analysis (variance analysis);
  • Shape and develop the company’s positioning within iGaming / Influencer Marketing / AI AdTech;
  • Build and scale strategic partnerships: brands, agencies, platforms, and ecosystem players;
  • Represent the company externally: negotiations, key meetings, and industry events.
