SMM / Content Producer

About the role:

We’re looking for a fast, trend-driven Content Producer to join the SMM team and scale short-form social media content across two products: an AI companion platform and a self-development app.

About you:

• Own organic short-form content production across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts (with potential expansion to other platforms);
• Develop and launch scalable content concepts across multiple social media accounts;
• Prepare clear production briefs for AI, motion, and graphic designers;
• Collaborate with UGC creators and prepare briefs for influencers when needed;
• Monitor trends and adapt them into organic content formats;
• Test hooks, formats, and creative approaches in organic marketing;
• Scale high-performing formats and discontinue weak ones;
• Reduce time from idea to publishing;

• Share insights and winning formats with marketing and creative teams.

   

Your impact:

• 1+ years of experience as an SMM Manager, Content Producer, Creative Producer, or Creative Marketer;
• Upper-intermediate English;
• Demonstrated cases of viral or high-performing content (TikTok / Reels / YouTube Shorts);
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, hooks, retention mechanics, and formats;
• Ability to identify trends early and adapt them into scalable content formats.
• Scriptwriting skills;
• Experience collaborating with UGC creators or preparing briefs for influencers;
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and content streams simultaneously;
• High execution speed and strong sense of ownership.
