PSP Manager
We are a performance-driven affiliate and DTC company operating across multiple verticals, including subscription-based products and one-time purchase e-commerce models.
We work internationally with a strong EU focus and actively scale payment infrastructure across multiple GEOs.
About the Role
We are looking for a PSP Manager who will take full ownership of payment operations and provider relationships.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and onboarding new payment service providers
- Managing relationships with acquirers and processors
- Negotiating fees, rolling reserves, and contract terms
- Improving approval rates and reducing payment declines
- Monitoring and managing chargeback ratios
- Optimizing 3DS flows and fraud settings
- Working with cascading and routing logic
- Coordinating with tech and finance teams
- Scaling processing capacity across different GEOs
Requirements
- Proven experience with PSPs and payment processing
- Experience with subscription or one-time purchase models
- Strong understanding of approval rate optimization
- Experience managing chargebacks
- Strong negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently
Strong Plus
- Experience working with EU acquirers
- Understanding of BIN routing and cascading
- Experience managing multiple MIDs
- Familiarity with international payment flows
