Trainee/ Junior Marketing Specialist Offline

You will work directly with the marketing team and support research, analytics, and execution across our education brands.

This role is ideal for someone analytical, structured, and ambitious β€” who wants to understand how marketing really works behind the scenes in a product company.

 

What You Will Do

Market & Audience Research

  • Conduct market research in the global Health & Fitness niche
  • Analyze competitors, positioning, funnels, and offers
  • Study target audience segments and customer behavior
  • Collect and structure insights for strategic decisions

 

Analytics & Performance Support

  • Assist in analyzing marketing funnels and campaign performance
  • Work with performance marketing data (traffic, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV)
  • Support reporting and dashboard preparation
  • Help identify growth opportunities based on data

 

Strategy & Product Marketing Support

  • Support go-to-market research for new education products
  • Assist in defining ICP and value propositions
  • Help structure hypotheses for testing
  • Participate in marketing planning sessions

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • English level: B2  (mandatory)
  • 6 moth –1 year of experience in digital marketing (internships/freelance count)
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Interest in performance marketing and product strategy
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong desire to grow into a Marketing Strategist
