Affiliate Manager (IGaming)

Now we are looking for proactive Affiliate Manager!
Responsibilities
- Search, recruit and onboard new affiliates for casino products
Manage and grow the existing partner base, building long-term relationships - Negotiate cooperation terms: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid and custom deals
- Launch and scale traffic across different GEOs and sources
- Monitor traffic quality, handle anti-fraud and ensure compliance with brand and offer rules
- Analyze partner performance
- Optimize terms and approaches to grow both volume and traffic quality
- Work with tracking systems and reporting, monitor key metrics on a regular basis
- Prepare and update promo materials for partners together with design and product teams
- Participate in planning launches of new brands, offers and GEO expansions
- Constantly look for new growth and scaling opportunities
- Collect feedback from affiliates and pass insights to product and marketing teams
Requirements
- Experience with TIER-1 Geo from 1 year
- Experience in IGaming (Gambling) is a must
