About the Role

We are a digital marketing and talent management agency looking for an SEO Specialist with Social Media Management experience. This is a full-time remote position. Your main responsibility will be SEO. Writing and optimizing blog content, updating existing articles, building backlinks, and monitoring performance through tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs. You will also support social media management as a secondary responsibility, helping maintain and grow client accounts on Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, and other platforms.

This role is hands-on. You will be creating content, optimizing SEO contents, analyzing data, and executing strategies directly.

Responsibilities:

SEO (Primary Responsibilities):
-Write 4 SEO blog posts per month (1,500 – 2,500 words each)
-Update and refresh existing blog content monthly for better rankings
-Perform keyword research and content optimization
-Build backlinks through outreach and directory submissions
-Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Ahrefs
-Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO growth
-Report weekly on SEO performance and improvements

Social Media (Secondary Responsibilities)
-Assist in managing client social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Reddit)
-Schedule and publish posts based on the content calendar
-Monitor engagement and trends to support growth
-Assist with basic content planning and posting

Requirements
-SEO Requirements (Primary)
-2+ years of SEO experience (content SEO, on-page SEO, or similar)
-Experience writing long-form SEO content (blog posts, articles)
-Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools
-Understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, and backlink building

Additional Skills (Secondary)
-Some experience managing social media accounts professionally
-Familiarity with Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit growth strategies

General Requirements
-Strong written English (native or near-native level)
-Self-starter who can work independently without daily supervision
-Available for a 1-hour weekly check-in call
