About the Role:

The Global Paid Media Manager will lead the end-to-end paid media strategy and be accountable for global performance across 60 markets, driving multichannel campaigns to accelerate customer acquisition and online sales growth. 

The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a proven track record in B2B demand generation and e-commerce. 

This role requires strong collaboration and stakeholder management across diverse functions and levels, including teams at Headquarters, market organizations, and our media agency.

 

 

Requirements (The Must-Haves):

  • 6โ€“8+ years experience in performance marketing/Paid Media
  • Experience managing multi-market campaigns (regional or global preferred)
  • B2B or account-based marketing (ABM) experience is a strong plus
  • Experience with martech/adtech tools: META, Google Ads, GA4, PMAX, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, Amazon Ads
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and global team environment.
  • Confident stakeholder management across seniority levels and cultures
  • Strong analytical skills, generating campaign insights & recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Global Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Define global paid media strategy, channel mix (Search, Social, Programmatic, PMAX, Display) and audience segmentation aligned with business goals
  • Own budget planning, KPI frameworks, and media plans
  • Lead end-to-end global campaign lifecycle: briefing, planning, QA, launch, optimization, reporting
  • Collaborate with Product, Content, Tech, Web Analytics and media agency to design seamless customer journeys

 

Paid Media & Performance Management

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads (Amazon Ads a plus)
  • Oversee audience strategy (pixels/tags, platform & CRM audiences in Salesforce)
  • Monitor KPIs, pacing, and budget allocation; drive data-based optimizations
  • Analyze performance trends and approve major tactical adjustments
     

Governance & Enablement

  • Ensure stakeholder alignment across HQ, markets, and agency; act as central escalation point
  • Develop global media playbooks, documentation, and measurement frameworks
  • Oversee tracking and data quality standards
  • Conduct post-campaign analyses and scale best practices
  • Drive innovation, beta adoption, and upskilling within the digital community
