Our work spans two core areas:
• Game Development – browser-first games for global audiences, centered on reward-driven progression and long-term engagement.
• Digital Advertising – high-performance advertising and affiliate platforms across Web2 and Web3 markets.

We believe great products are built by people who take ownership – shaping direction, making decisions, and seeing their work turn into real impact. Now, we are looking for a Business development manager to drive advertiser acquisition and revenue growth of our Digital Marketing ecosystem. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, build long-term partnerships with advertisers, and actively contribute to the global scaling of our advertising products in the programmatic and Web3 space.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Programmatic Sales, ideally within an ad exchange or ad network, proven track record of working with leading SSPs and DSPs;
• Experience with content distribution, PR, and influence marketing;
• Solid understanding of digital advertising CPM/CPC/CPA, programmatic buying, RTB, attribution models;
• Strong prospective skills: email outreach, LinkedIn sales, cold calls, networking;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to close deals;
• Goal-oriented, proactive,self-driven personality with consistent follow-up habits;
• Strong organizational skills, acute attention to detail, with the ability to multitask;
• Interest in crypto and web3;
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities:
• Handling all incoming requests from new users;
• Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting, outreach, qualification, product demo, proposal creation to deal closing;
• Arrange online/offline meetings with prospective clients;
• Ensure clear visibility and management of the sales pipeline via CRM systems and reporting tools;
• Maintain CRM: update deal stages, log activities, prepare forecasts, and reports;
• Tack KPIs, refining sales strategies to improve performance and outcomes;
• Readiness to represent the company at global Programmatic and AdTech events;
• Presence and foster strategic partnerships.
