Partnerships and Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to drive adoption and visibility of our applications, themes, and templates across platforms such as Shopify, WIX, Webflow, Framer, and other ecosystems.
This role combines partnership development, influencer and affiliate marketing, content distribution, and marketplace optimization. The focus is on expanding distribution channels, increasing product visibility through keyword-driven optimization, and executing strategic collaborations that generate measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Identify and onboard web design and development agencies into an agency partnership program
• Present and position our products to agencies to encourage adoption in their client projects
• Research and establish strategic partnerships with complementary tools and indirect competitors for cross-promotion
• Develop and manage an affiliate program, including recruitment, communication, and campaign coordination
• Identify, approach, and collaborate with relevant influencers in the eCommerce, no-code, and SaaS space
• Create and distribute AI-generated video content (product demos, tutorials, promotional clips)
• Manage social media presence, content planning, and community engagement
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automation flows (Mantle)
• Conduct keyword research for marketplace listings and marketing content
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, visuals, and promotional assets based on keyword insights
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously adjust strategies based on data

Good to Know:
 

• Experience working with Shopify, Webflow, Framer, or similar platforms
• Background in SaaS, digital products, or app ecosystems
• Familiarity with affiliate, influencer, and partner marketing models
• Experience using AI tools for content and video creation
• Understanding of email automation and growth funnels
• Experience with keyword research and marketplace/SEO optimization strategies
