SMM Manager (IGaming)

We are currently looking for an SMM Manager who will be responsible for developing and promoting our Online Casino and Sportsbook brands across social media platforms.
 

The primary goal of this role is to increase audience engagement, strengthen brand awareness, and support acquisition and retention activities through social channels. The position involves close collaboration with CRM, Marketing, Design, and Product teams, as well as working with international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an SMM Manager within the iGaming industry (Casino and/or Sportsbook)
  • Strong understanding of gambling product promotion specifics and compliance restrictions
  • Hands-on experience managing major social media platforms and SMM tools
  • Experience working with content planning and analytics (ER, Reach, CTR)
  • Understanding of sports betting and/or casino products
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Experience working with task management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar)
  • English level — Intermediate+

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media channels (Telegram, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Discord — depending on GEO)
  • Develop and execute content plans (posts, stories, videos, interactive formats)
  • Create and adapt content for different products (Casino / Sportsbook) and GEOs
  • Collaborate with designers and content managers (briefing, feedback, deadlines)
  • Support CRM campaigns across social media (announcements, reminders, digests, tournaments)
  • Monitor industry trends, memes, sports events, and competitors
  • Moderate comments and messages, engage with the community
  • Participate in launching special projects, collaborations, streams, and giveaways in compliance with regulations
  • Analyze SMM performance and prepare regular reports.

 

 Nice to Have

  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
