Social Media Creator โ B2B Lead-Focused (IT Outsourcing)
Redwerk is a software development company operating in competitive US and international markets. In B2B IT outsourcing, social media is not just a visibility channel โ it is a positioning and lead-generation channel.
We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Creator who will fully own our social media execution and growth โ with a clear focus on generating qualified inbound leads.
This is an execution-first ownership role โ not coordination.
You will be responsible for strategy, production, publishing, optimization, and lead-supporting content across:
Primary platforms (mandatory):
- TikTok
Other platforms (Facebook, X, YouTube Shorts, etc.) are a plus.
This is a full-time remote position.
Role Goals
- Generate qualified inbound leads through social media (company and CEO profiles)
- Build consistent daily visibility across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Grow engaged B2B and tech-focused audiences in US and international markets
- Position the CEO as an authority in IT outsourcing and QA
- Strengthen brand credibility and trust in competitive markets
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies focused on lead generation
- Create content that supports inbound interest, inquiries, and conversations
- Produce and publish at least 1 post per primary platform per day
- Own content end-to-end (idea โ script โ visuals/video โ publish โ optimize)
- Manage and grow CEOโs LinkedIn and professional social presence
- Build thought leadership content designed to generate conversations and inbound opportunities
- Create short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn video) aligned with B2B positioning
- Develop CTAs, hooks, and content formats that drive engagement and inbound actions
- Track performance metrics tied to reach, engagement, and lead indicators
- Optimize based on analytics and business impact, not vanity metrics
- Use AI tools to scale content production and ideation
- Continuously refine content systems and publishing workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing
- Proven experience in IT outsourcing / IT services / B2B tech
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn (mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to generate inbound leads or qualified conversations via social media
- Experience managing or building executive personal brands
- Strong short-form video creation skills (TikTok / Reels)
- Cross-platform content strategy experience
- Strong copywriting skills for professional audiences
- Strong understanding of targeting, engagement metrics, and lead signals
- Experience working with international markets
- English B2+ or higher
- Comfortable delivering consistent high-volume output
