SMM / Social Media and Personal Branding Specialist (B2B)
We are looking for an SMM Specialist who can build and manage a comprehensive content and marketing strategy for corporate social media channels and executives’ personal brands.
The main goal is to systematically increase brand awareness, strengthen trust in the company’s expertise, and generate high-quality inbound leads through social media.
Areas of Responsibility
Corporate Channels:
- LinkedIn (Italian market)
- LinkedIn (English-speaking market)
- Instagram (Italian market)
Executives’ Personal Brands:
- LinkedIn (2 profiles)
- Instagram (2 profiles)
- Facebook (1 profile)
All channels must function as a unified system with aligned positioning, tone of voice, and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop a unified SMM/content strategy across all directions (corporate + personal brands) with clear KPIs.
- Plan content: content pillars, series, key messages, CTAs, and editorial calendar.
- Create and adapt content for LinkedIn / Instagram / Facebook: post copy, structured formats, Reels/Shorts scripts, storytelling.
- Transform executives’ expert insights into strong content: interviews → drafts → final posts / video scripts.
- Coordinate production: prepare briefs for designers/editors (or handle basic design/editing independently), ensure quality control and publishing.
- Manage audience engagement: responses, moderation, community activities, organic growth.
- Analytics and optimization: weekly/monthly reports, growth hypotheses, A/B testing approaches, conversion improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SMM for B2B or expert/corporate brands.
- Strong English copywriting skills (especially for LinkedIn): clear structure, clarity, executive tone.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn mechanics: formats, reach, engagement, thought leadership development.
- Ability to work systematically: processes, deadlines, content planning, quality standards.
- Strong visual sense and ability to brief designers/editors effectively.
Nice to Have:
- Italian language and understanding of the Italian market.
- Experience in IT / AI / digital transformation topics.
- Portfolio featuring personal brands of executives or founders.
