Description:
We are looking for a very strong Team Lead Media Buyer with a serious and professional approach to work. This is not just a managerial role — the main result of this position is building a strong team that effectively manages very large advertising budgets with excellent ROI.
You will not need to run traffic personally — the key responsibility is to build and lead the team and ensure consistently high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a team of media buyers (around 10 people; you may bring your own team).
• Plan tasks, distribute workload, and control team performance.
• Manage large advertising budgets on Facebook (Turkey, slot-based approach).
• Ensure high team efficiency, excellent ROI, and stable results across budgets.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead.
• Experience working in a product team.
• Age 30+.
• Hands-on experience as a Media Buyer with Facebook Ads.
• Experience working with Turkey and Bangladesh markets.
• English level: C1.
• Experience managing personal budgets of $15,000+ per day and team budgets from $500,000 to $1,000,000 per month.
• Strong logical thinking, data-driven mindset, and focus on results.
• Serious, professional attitude and the ability to build a strong, high-performing team that delivers real results.
