Media Buyer Facebook, TikTok (White Lead Gen, USA) to $5000

JF Media is looking for a strong Media Buyer with at least 1 year of experience in white lead generation for the U.S. market.

Our main goal is to find a performance-driven specialist who can work with Facebook and/or TikTok, understands compliant funnels, scales campaigns profitably, and consistently delivers stable CPL and ROI results.

Level: Middle–Senior

Key Responsibilities:
– Launch and optimize white-hat campaigns on Facebook and TikTok for the U.S. market
– Generate high-quality leads in white lead gen verticals (insurance, finance, home services, etc.)
– Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers
– Build, analyze, and optimize funnels
– Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, and ROI
– Scale winning combinations
– Ensure full compliance with platform policies
– Collaborate with designers, UGC creators, and copywriters
– Achieve KPIs according to the agreed plan

Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of proven experience in white lead generation (U.S. market required)
– Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager
– Strong understanding of TikTok creative mechanics (hooks, retention, UGC) is a plus
– Experience working with trackers (RedTrack, Keitaro, UTM parameters)
– Strong understanding of compliance and platform policies
– Ability to scale campaigns with stable performance
– English level: Intermediate or higher
