Social Media & Community Manager


We’re a fast-moving SaaS startup. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the tech world. What matters most is sharp thinking, a customer-centric approach, strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, a deep sense of ownership, eagerness to learn, and clear, fast communication.

What You’ll Do
Publish and manage posts across social media and AI communities
Identify AI communities and actively engage with them to build presence and relationships
Engage daily: respond to comments/messages, comment on posts, and start discussions
Run campaigns, contests, and engagement initiatives
Recruit AI creators, manage relationships, and coordinate the content they produce
Create and manage onboarding experiences, feedback loops (surveys, questionnaires, polls) and turn structured data into insights
Speak with users and creators to understand pain points and use cases
Track engagement and share lightweight reports and insights with the team

Are already active in AI or video creation communities and enjoy participating in discussions
Like engaging with users, creators, and builders directly
Are comfortable using AI tools to automate publishing, reporting, and content variations
Can balance content, community, and feedback without heavy oversight
Thrive in early-stage, fast-moving startup environments
Have a growth mindset

Must Requirements
Experience managing social media or online communities
Experience in video editing and marketing automation
Strong written communication skills in English
Familiarity with AI tools and platforms
Ability to work independently and consistently (a few hours per day)
Comfortable recruiting and working with creators

This is a full-time role. You are expected to dedicate 100% of your professional time and attention to the project.
This role requires full commitment, availability, and focus
We move fast, and focus matters for both learning and impact
Required availability during EST business hours, up to 4 PM EST.
