Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

Міжнародна продуктова компанія в iGaming шукає досвідченого Affiliate Manager з реальним досвідом роботи в індустрії та наявною мережею активних афіліатів, які можуть запускати трафік одразу.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 GEOs)
• Leverage existing affiliate network to generate immediate traffic
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with top affiliates
• Negotiate CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals
• Monitor and optimize FTDs, CPA, conversion rates, LTV
• Work closely with BD, Media Buying, Operations teams
• Ensure compliance across GEOs
• Identify new traffic sources and scaling opportunities

Requirements (Mandatory):

• Proven experience as Affiliate Manager in iGaming
• Established network of active affiliates ready to launch
• Strong understanding of affiliate traffic & performance metrics
• Experience with Tier 1 & Tier 2 markets (UK, DE, CA, AU, Nordics, Western Europe, LATAM etc.)
• Strong negotiation & relationship management skills
• Independent and results-driven

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Affise / MyAffiliates / NetRefer
• Attendance at iGaming conferences (SiGMA, SBC, ICE)
• Relationships with operators & brands
