Senior Data Scientist

AI-powered advertising platform /DSP that buys media, autonomously generates creative, and optimizes every impression in real time—sitting on the bidding stream to analyze live context and audience signals.

Our platform supports AI-generated creatives and uses contextual signals, consent frameworks, and privacy-compliant data to select and serve ads.

The candidate must have AdTech-adjacent experience (SEO, keyword clustering, attribution, control groups). However, the background must not be more analytics and heuristics-based, but rather than deep ML modeling for AdTech systems like CTR prediction or bidder intelligence.

Requirements:
‣ BSc/MSc/PhD in Data Science, ML, Statistics, or related field
‣ Strong experience in ML modeling, feature engineering, and experimentation
‣ Experience in ad tech, marketing tech, or real-time bidding is a must!
‣ Experience with predictive modeling and ranking/recommendation systems
‣ Experience working with large-scale datasets (BigQuery, Spark, etc.)
‣ Strong, in-depth understanding of probabilistic modeling (both theory and practical application).
‣ Solid hands-on experience with multi-armed bandits and bandit-style decision systems.
‣ Deep knowledge of selection algorithms and exploration–exploitation strategies.
‣ Ability to clearly explain modeling choices and demonstrate real expertise, not just surface-level familiarity.

Responsibilities:
‣ Build bidding AI models
‣ Analyze large-scale events data for data to drive decision-making
‣ Improve campaign selection, and safety classifier
‣ Develop AI metrics for real-time optimization
‣ Work closely with engineering, product, and AI teams on core logic
