We are also the team behind TimeShift, our own physical VR entertainment center in Bratislava. TimeShift serves as both a live testing ground and a marketing-driven project where we manage the full strategy — from positioning and campaigns to performance marketing and content creation. It allows us to operate not only as a technology provider, but also as hands-on industry experts who understand the business from the inside.

 

Your Team

You’ll join the Marketing team, working closely with Elizaveta, Head of Marketing, alongside a Marketing Project Manager and a dynamic group of five+ part-time freelancers. We’re a small, agile team where your contributions won’t go unnoticed — your work will have real visibility and impact.

 

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for two core directions: professional video editing and AI-powered content creation. Every creative you produce will serve as a marketing material and advertisement, and together with the team, you will work on improving results.
 

Video Editing

  • Edit raw video footage into polished marketing creatives and advertising materials
  • Work within established editing approaches, templates, and brand guidelines while continuously improving them
  • Research and propose new editing styles, templates, visual trends, and creative formats
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail: pacing, transitions, sound design, and music selection — everything must be at the highest level
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with campaign goals, customer journey maps, and overall team objectives
  • Analyze the performance of published creatives together with the team, extract insights, and apply learnings to future content
     

AI Content Creation

  • Learn and master AI-powered content creation tools (comprehensive in-house training, tool access, and courses will be provided)
  • Generate raw AI materials and edit them into ready-to-use, professional marketing creatives
  • Stay current with the latest developments in AI content generation and continuously upgrade your skills
  • Experiment with new AI techniques and workflows to expand the team’s creative capabilities
     

Strategy & Analysis

  • Participate in regular performance reviews of published creatives and contribute actionable insights
  • Develop an understanding of marketing fundamentals, customer journey mapping, and ARVI VR’s goals
  • Proactively suggest new creative concepts and campaign ideas based on data, trends, and competitor analysis
  • Think as part of the marketing team, not just as an executor — understand how your work fits into the bigger picture and supports the team’s goals

    Requirements
    Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, color grading, and motion graphics
  • Exceptional attention to music selection, sound design, and audio-visual synchronization
  • Analytical mindset: ability to interpret content performance data and translate it into creative decisions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Salary: $600–800
  • Hybrid work model
