You'll take briefs from our Creative Strategist and turn them into polished, performance-ready video ads with the help of AI generation tools.

• You produce AI video ads that top US DTC brands actually run — real budgets, real performance pressure, real learning
• Small, senior team — your ideas get heard and your work gets seen
• No corporate layers — direct collaboration with strategists, writers, and production specialists

What You'll Do

• Receive briefs and execute the full production cycle start to finish
• Generate and edit AI video content into conversion-ready creatives
• Own pacing, captions, sound design, and all post-production
• Optimise final cuts for platform — Meta, TikTok, YouTube
• Implement feedback fast and stay on schedule

What We're Looking For

• Experience editing performance video ads, strong portfolio
• Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
• Comfortable with AI generation tools — Kling, Veo, Nanobanana and others
• Fast, clean output — quality without slow turnarounds
• Self-directed, takes ownership, communicates clearly
