We are building a structured outbound acquisition system and are looking for 3โ5 ambitious Lead Generators for long-term collaboration.

๐ฏ Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach IT companies (product / outsourcing / startups)
- Execute outbound via LinkedIn and email
- Connect with decision makers (CEO, Founder, Head of HR, CTO)
- Arrange qualified intro calls
- Maintain basic lead tracking
๐ฐ Compensation Model:
โ โฌ100โ200 per qualified meeting
โ 15โ25% of our recruitment fee for each successfully closed role

Requirements:
- B2B lead generation experience (IT preferred)
- Strong written communication
- Self-driven and disciplined
