Head of SMM (TikTok, Instagram, Influence Marketing)

We are entering a new growth phase.

After building a strong product foundation, we are now shifting from pure performance marketing to a content-first & social-driven growth model.

We are looking for a Head of SMM & Influence Marketing who will join us at the moment of transformation and build this direction from scratch.

This role is about ownership, strategy, and measurable growth.

• from paid-heavy strategy to organic & influence-driven growth

We want TikTok, Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts and influence marketing to become core revenue drivers.

What Will Be Critical for the Next 12 Months

• Build and defend SMM & influence strategy (with budget ownership)

• Turn TikTok and Instagram into scalable growth channels

• Launch structured influencer marketing system

• Build UGC content engine

• Create content production system (idea → script → shoot → edit → publish)

• Increase brand awareness in our target audience

• Generate measurable sales impact through social

• Build and lead internal SMM team

You Are a Perfect Match If You

• Have real cases of driving revenue through social media

• Understand TikTok, Reels, Shorts beyond trends

• Can explain why content works (or doesn’t)

• Have worked with influencers end-to-end

• Can structure processes: briefs, checklists, reporting, analytics

• Think in numbers and ROI

• Have 5+ years of relevant experience

• Have experience building or leading a team

• Have worked with tech / startup / digital products

• Understand AI-driven products

• Have experience scaling international audiences
