SMM Specialist

We are looking for an SMM Specialist to join our team.
 

Requirements:
 

  • Excellent communication skills (at least Upper-intermediate level of English)
  • At least 1,5 years of experience in Social media marketing or other relevant marketing positions
  • Proven experience in creating comprehensive social media strategies from scratch (including competitive analysis, target audience profiling, Tone of Voice, content pillars, and KPI setting)
  • Deep understanding of various social networks (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Familiarity with social media ‘best practices’ – user-oriented content, engaging posts, tactics aimed at long-term growth
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and the ability to build goal- and sales-focused social media strategies and campaigns
  • Ability to produce creative content, including short-form videos (Reels, TikTok), visuals, and copy, as well as leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to generate ideas and speed up workflows
  • Experience in collaborating with other creative specialists, interpersonal skills, ability to oversee and manage multiple content creators
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot issues, research complex problems, and find effective solutions without constant supervision
  • Deep understanding of Meta policies, experience with account bans, and a proven ability to unblock Business Managers, ad accounts, etc.
  • Experience with content creation and design tools such as Canva, Figma, and CapCut (will be a plus)
     

Will be a plus:
 

  • Experience with running Facebook ads from launch to completion, as well as the ability to generate traffic/leads that meet set goals 
  • E-commerce technical skills: Understanding of Facebook/Instagram Shops, Product Catalogs, and Pixel setup


Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall business goals
  • Map out and launch relevant marketing campaigns for Instagram, Facebook Linkedin, X, Pinterest
  • Create, edit, publish and share engaging content
  • Research competitor and target markets
  • Scout and collaborate with relevant influencers, partners
  • Communicate with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Report on said activities weekly/monthly
