Content Researcher

Fabiosa Media is an international media publisher that creates world-class video content for social media. Our goal is to become the number 1 digital publisher of short videos in the world, and we are already in the 2th position! 

At Fabiosa, we: 

• Create videos with 7+ billion monthly views on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok 
• Have reached over 250 million subscribers on social media 

We are looking for a Content Researcher who can identify compelling real-life stories with strong emotional conflict and transform them into structured story concepts ready for development.

Responsibilities

• Search for compelling real-life stories, conflicts, and viral narratives
• Conduct research on Reddit, Google, Perplexity, forums, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Identify and filter stories with strong emotional hooks, clear conflict, and meaningful plot twists
• Structure each idea in a clear format (short synopsis, key characters, source link, and proposed hook/headline)
• Generate a high volume of strong story ideas on a daily basis in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Understanding of storytelling basics: hook, conflict, cliffhanger, emotional tension
• Ability to distinguish weak stories from emotionally compelling ones that truly connect with the audience
• Strong research skills and ability to work with large amounts of information
• Experience in media, journalism, content creation, scriptwriting, or storytelling is a plus
• Understanding of trends and viral content formats
