Creative Producer

About the role

We’re building a high-velocity Apps Factory – a machine that launches, tests, and scales subscription mobile apps across multiple niches (health, wellness, utilities, education, astrology, AI tools and more).

Your mission as a Creative Producer is to turn insights, briefs and angles into scroll-stopping creatives that drive user acquisition across W2W and W2A funnels.

You’ll sit at the heart of performance + storytelling + production, working closely with Growth Marketing, UA and Product to ship and iterate winning concepts at scale.

This role can grow into Lead Creative Producer / Head of Creative Studio as we expand the portfolio and build a full in-house creative engine.

What you’ll do

  • Turn growth briefs and hypotheses into clear creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
  • Produce and manage UGC, influencers, actors, voiceovers, editors, designers where needed.
  • Work with AI tools (image, video, script, VO) to speed up versioning and localization.
  • Own the creative pipeline for your apps: from idea → test asset → winner → scalable pack.
  • Collaborate daily with:
    • Growth Marketing – angles, messaging, offers, audience insights.
    • UA – formats, placements, specs, testing structure.
    • Product – alignment with funnel, paywalls, in-app experience.
  • Maintain a structured asset library with tags (angle, persona, format, hook, language, app).
  • Keep an eye on TikTok / Reels / Shorts trends and adapt them to our apps and markets.

In your first 3 months you will

  • Deep dive into our apps, audiences and funnels (W2W & W2A).
  • Take ownership of creative production for 1–2 priority apps.
  • Ship multiple creative packs (AI + UGC + motion + static) and iterate based on results.
  • Build a basic creative conveyor: simple process, clear stages, tagging, and feedback loop.

Ideal profile

  • 3+ years in performance-driven creative: mobile apps, DTC, subscription products, or agencies.
  • Strong skills in video-first formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, UGC-style content).
  • You can turn a dry performance brief into a simple human story or hook.
  • Comfortable working with creators / actors / editors and managing small productions end-to-end.
  • Data-curious: you don’t have to be an analyst, but you care how your creatives perform and want to see the numbers.
  • You like speed: test, learn, move on. Not months of polishing.
