Compliance Officer Offline

We’re looking for a Legal & Compliance Officer to ensure the company can legally operate a Sweepstakes-based iGaming product in the US market without risking shutdowns from regulators, PSPs, banks, or advertising platforms.
You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a practical, risk-oriented legal framework that protects the business while enabling product growth.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, Product, Anti-Fraud, PSP Manager, and external US counsel.

💪 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Maintain US state legality matrix
✅ Identify restricted states and geo limitations
✅ Approve game & promo mechanics from compliance perspective
✅ Support multi-entity structure (US, EU, partners)
✅ Ensure proper allocation of IP, revenue, and risk
✅ Oversee payment routing from legal perspective
✅ Approve game rules, prize mechanics, sweeps coin structure
✅ Review withdrawal rules and KYC triggers
✅ Align anti-abuse thresholds with legal standards
✅ Support PSP onboarding and compliance reviews
✅ Define sanctions filters and reporting logic
✅ Support crypto payment compliance
✅ Prevent advertising account blocks
✅ Prepare briefs and ToR for US lawyers
✅ Translate legal opinions into product rules and internal policies
✅ Maintain audit-ready documentation

🔥 Skills & Competencies:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in iGaming / Sweepstakes / Social Casino
✔️ Strong knowledge of US regulatory environment
✔️ Experience with PSP onboarding
✔️ Solid understanding of AML / KYC frameworks
✔️ Understanding of advertising compliance (Meta / Google)
✔️ Business-minded and risk-oriented approach
✔️ English B2+ preferred

Experience in crypto gaming
Experience with offshore structures (e.g., Cyprus or similar)
Experience with affiliate compliance
