SMM Specialist

The team is now looking for an SMM Specialist who combines creative thinking with a data-driven mindset and knows how to build and scale social media presence across key platforms.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an SMM Specialist (iGaming/Betting preferably).
• Experience working across multiple markets, with a focus on Tier-1 regions.
• Strong copywriting skills with a strategic mindset and understanding of how content impacts key business metrics.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools, including performance tracking and ROI measurement.
• Hands-on experience with graphic editors and AI tools for content creation.
• Creativity combined with strong communication skills and reliable execution within deadlines.
   

Expected Duties / Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain social media accounts (Instagram, Telegram, Threads, Linkedin).
• Develop, execute, and maintain a structured content plan and posting schedule.
• Launch, manage, and support promotional campaigns across social channels.
• Produce creative visual and copy content using graphic editors and AI tools.
• Collect and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, conversions, retention rate, ROI).
• Monitor channel performance and suggest improvements within existing strategy.
