Junior Motion Designer

Responsibilities:
• Create advertising/promotional motion videos for social media (Reels/TikTok/Shorts, Stories, feed ads);
• Produce animations in Adobe After Effects: typography, transitions, kinetic text, basic VFX, logo/product animations;
• Edit and adapt existing materials (footage, brand assets, UGC) into high-performing social media creatives;
• Prepare multiple format versions and exports (9:16 / 1:1 / 16:9) and deliver final files for publishing;
• Collaborate with the marketing/team members: follow briefs, apply feedback, and meet deadlines;
• Use English (B1) for day-to-day communication: reading briefs, writing short updates, and discussing tasks;
• Maintain organized project files and follow brand guidelines.

Requirements 
• 6+ months of experience with Adobe After Effects;
• Experience creating advertising/promotional videos for social media;
• English level: B1;
• Portfolio required.

Nice to have
• Experience with Blender (3D / basic animation / rendering)
