Motion Designer

Location: Bucharest, 4 days office

We are fast-growing and innovative startup in the Gaming industry, specializing in managing online social casino games for the US market. Our team is passionate about data-driven, decision-making, creative promotions, and player retention strategies. 

We're looking for a talented and passionate Motion Designer to bring our brand and products to life through captivating visuals, storytelling, and animation. Whether it’s a product trailer, a viral social video, or a mesmerizing in-game animation—you’ll be the wizard behind the
motion magic.

What You’ll Do:
● Design and animate motion graphics across marketing assets—ads, trailers, and promotional content—from concept to final delivery
● Craft engaging videos for Performance creatives campaigns, social media, product launches, and internal communications
● Animate scripts, storyboards, and static visuals into dynamic video content
● Collaborate closely with the brand, creative, UA and product teams to ensure visual consistency and creative impact
● Support and enhance gameplay capture with editing, compositing, and effects
● Help shape and uphold our motion design language and visual storytelling style
● Review and refine creative outputs to ensure they align with brand standards and design quality

What You’ll Bring:
● 4+ years of hands-on experience in motion design, video editing, and/or animation (gaming or creative tech preferred)
● Proven portfolio dProficiency in Adobe demonstrating motion graphics, video editing, and storytelling for digital platforms
● After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and ideally DaVinci Resolve
● Strong understanding of animation principles, pacing, and transitions
● Experience working in fast-paced, creative environments, with strong ownership and delivery skills
● Excellent visual instincts, eye for detail, and sense of timing
● Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly collaborative team

Nice to Have:
● Experience working in the gaming industry, ideally with casual or mobile games
● Skilled in 2D character animation using Spine and/or Unity
● Familiarity with creating, rigging, and skinning animations
● Experience with VFX, Blender, and animating UI elements and vector assets
● Passion for games and deep knowledge of the gaming/modding ecosystem
● Ability to optimize animation for mobile creative performance
