Senior Affiliate Manager
Requirements:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners to drive qualified traffic.
- Build and maintain long-term, performance-driven relationships with partners.
- Represent the company at international and local offline conferences and industry events.
- Support partners with technical setup (tracking links, postbacks, integrations, campaign structures).
- Coordinate campaign launches and scale strategies with partners.
- Monitor partner performance and KPIs (FTD, LTV, conversion rates, retention, ROI).
- Analyze traffic quality, fraud risks, and conversion efficiency.
- Optimize budgets and traffic allocation to maximize profitability.
- Calculate and control ROI across all partner channels.
- Provide performance insights and reports to management.
- Support process building and partner management structures.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Affiliate Manager / Team Lead
- 4+ years of overall experience in affiliate marketing
- Proven experience in the gambling / casino industry (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of casino economics (LTV, RTP, player value, funnel metrics)
- 2+ years of experience with the Canadian market
- Hands-on experience managing budgets over $100,000/month
- Strong performance and ROI mindset
- Experience working with tracking platforms, postbacks, and attribution models
- English โ B2+ level (working proficiency)
