Senior Affiliate Manager

Requirements:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners to drive qualified traffic.
  • Build and maintain long-term, performance-driven relationships with partners.
  • Represent the company at international and local offline conferences and industry events.
  • Support partners with technical setup (tracking links, postbacks, integrations, campaign structures).
  • Coordinate campaign launches and scale strategies with partners.
  • Monitor partner performance and KPIs (FTD, LTV, conversion rates, retention, ROI).
  • Analyze traffic quality, fraud risks, and conversion efficiency.
  • Optimize budgets and traffic allocation to maximize profitability.
  • Calculate and control ROI across all partner channels.
  • Provide performance insights and reports to management.
  • Support process building and partner management structures.

 

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Affiliate Manager / Team Lead
  • 4+ years of overall experience in affiliate marketing
  • Proven experience in the gambling / casino industry (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of casino economics (LTV, RTP, player value, funnel metrics)
  • 2+ years of experience with the Canadian market
  • Hands-on experience managing budgets over $100,000/month
  • Strong performance and ROI mindset
  • Experience working with tracking platforms, postbacks, and attribution models
  • English โ€“ B2+ level (working proficiency)
