Junior Affiliate (iGaming / Tier 1)

Ready to start your career in performance marketing and grow fast in the iGaming industry?
We’re looking for a proactive Junior Affiliate who wants to dive into international markets, work with real traffic, and grow into a strong Affiliate Manager.

What you’ll do:
• Work with data and reports (Google Sheets, basic dashboards)
• Search and research new affiliates and partners
• Run cold outreach via Email and Telegram using proven scripts
• Maintain and update CRM (Zoho)
• Monitor traffic quality and key performance metrics
• Join team meetings, take notes, and track tasks

What we expect:
• English level B2+
• Confident working with tables, numbers, and data
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and ownership of your tasks

Will be a plus:
• 6+ months experience in Affiliate / Digital Marketing / iGaming
• Understanding of SEO, Paid Traffic, and performance metrics
• Experience working with CRM systems
